Exchanges (Time Sensitive)
Our policy is only good for same value product exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. If you are unhappy and want to begin your exchange process; All Exchanges must be submitted within 7 days after the purchase. It must also be in the original packaging for us to properly inspect the product.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 7 days of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping. If your product is damaged either you can send us a picture (sales@bigboisupplements) and throw the product away, or send us the product back,
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed, and a replacement will be sent.
Late or missing exchanges (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an exchange yet, first check email for promo code again.
There is often some processing time before an exchange is processed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned and all sales are final.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To exchange your product, you need to email us for approval at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of exchange shipping will be deducted from your exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchange item.
We ship orders received Monday through Friday the following business day via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail or FedEx, depending on weight. Orders received on weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following next business day (Monday), excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on a federal holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping on all orders is free at this time, subject to change.
Shipping Policy :All order ship on a first come first serve basis and will be sent within 2-3 days of the order being placed. We ship via USPS and should be received within 3-4 days. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. (For refunds please see the refund policy.
